Well it’s official! Chester County has moved into the Green Phase. Everyone is super excited to be able to enjoy some of the activities we have been missing over these past few months. Here at The Wellness Suite we have decided to take a step-by-step approach to reopening our practice. You may wonder what is behind our decision. Well, our services are up close and personal, and we really want to make sure our clients feel safe and secure returning to the Suite and receiving services and attending events.
As some of you may (or may not) know, the Borough of West Chester has decided to close 4 blocks of Gay Street to vehicular traffic, making Gay Street a pedestrian only Open Air Marketplace. The closed section runs from Matlack Street to Darlington Street and includes our block. Our reopening plan incorporates the changes we will experience.

Opening Day – July 14th

Available appointments will be Tuesday & Thursday morning, afternoon, or evening as well as Friday & Saturday morning or afternoon.
We will only see 2 clients per day in order to keep exposure to a minimum.
We will provide our clients with a parking option at the Chestnut St. garage. Take a ticket as you enter the garage. We will provide a 2 Hour Free Parking Voucher for use when exiting the garage. The Chestnut St garage is about a 3 block walk. So take your time, stroll down Gay Street and enjoy the outdoor activities going on!

We have decided to offer clients who do not wish to travel into West Chester an opportunity to receive services at Kathleen’s relaxing and tranquil home wellness studio. The easily accessible studio is just inside the front foyer. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy Reiki or Message in a quiet country setting.
We will schedule just 1 appointment each day at this location.
Available appointments will be Tuesday & Thursday morning, afternoon, or evening as well as Friday & Saturday morning or afternoon.
- Becki and Kathleen will temperature check prior to opening each day.
- Clients will be no-contact temperature checked before entering the treatment room.
- Masks will be worn during your entire visit, and we request that you do as well.
- Hand sanitizer will be used prior to each appointment.
- We will discuss your personal treatment options.
- Our treatment tables will still be fully sheeted (we want you nice and comfy) and the sheeting will be changed immediately after each appointment.
- We will be utilizing an easy payment method that limits contact.
- We will refrain from hugging our clients…that’s a hard one!
