Self-Healing Meditation
Join me as I guide you through a Self-Healing Meditation in the calming and therapeutic atmosphere of the Salt Cave. You will learn a bit about the Archangels; then together we will call upon Archangels Michael and Raphael to bring healing energy to you. We will finish our session with some quiet time to Relax, Renew, and Rejuvenate in the peacefulness of the Salt Cave. Please be sure to RSVP to save your spot!

Let’s Play! A Reiki Share Retreat Day
Come out for a day of celebration in the beautiful energy of Reiki. We will begin our day with mindful meditation, sharing and connecting. Our beautiful country setting will allow us a nice hike or walk through the trails of Crows Nest Preserve. And of course there will be plenty of Reiki practice! A healthy lunch will be served.
